Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ABA CallTracker enables you to submit call requests, track open service calls, manage service performance, and access service call histories in real time, via the Internet and from any location.
Any ABA Moriah customer with a contract for onsite service or depot service can use ABA CallTracker. This service is ideal for IT or operations managers with multiple sites and equipment to oversee, and customers with large amounts of equipment under contract that they need to manage.
